Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective June 13, 2026

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account page. When you cancel a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of the current billing period; it will not renew afterward. The annual plan's reviews remain valid until its expiry date.

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied. If you're not, you can request a refund within 14 days of a charge, especially if you have not substantially used your credits. Refund requests are reviewed manually and approved at our reasonable discretion. Heavily-used plans (most credits already consumed) may receive a partial refund or none.

How to request a refund

  1. Open your account page and click "Request refund" next to the payment, or
  2. Email payments@clauseaudit.com with your account email and the charge in question.

Processing time

We aim to review requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; your bank may take additional days to post it.
